Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shankar Dry Fruits, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every product is packed with care and delivered fresh to your doorstep. Since we deal in perishable food products, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support.
  • Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • For customized hampers and bulk orders, cancellations are not allowed after confirmation, as they are prepared on demand.

2. Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the nature of food items, we do not accept returns once the package is opened or used.
  • However, if you receive:
    • Wrong product
    • Damaged package
    • Expired item
    You may request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery by sharing proof (photo/video).

3. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of COD/bank transfer orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer/UPI.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Opened or partially consumed products.
  • Incorrect storage/handling by the customer (e.g., exposure to heat/moisture).
  • Delay in delivery due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Bulk/Corporate Orders

  • Bulk and corporate orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Damaged or incorrect delivery issues will be handled with replacements only.
